FoodUSA provides printed brochures and worksheets so a person can see if they may be qualified to receive food stamps. Information will be mailed by calling 1-800-FOODUSA. Extensive information is also available on the Internet at www.foodusa.org including the sample qualification worksheet. FoodUSA does not send out food stamps. Only your local or county food stamp office can issue stamps after you have completed an application. FoodUSA provides you with materials to determine if you MIGHT be eligible for foodstamps.
