Helping Hands Health Education is a non-profit organization bringing medical professionals and non-medical volunteers to Nepal to participate in medical relief clinics in remote villages. The relief clinics focus on the immediate medical needs of the rural Nepali people. The clinics also include health education programs. Volunteers live in the same manner as the Nepali people and work side-by-side with Nepali health professionals and volunteers. Every year from Sept 1 - May 31 there is a different village health camp held each month. The summer is monsoon season so there are no village health camps but volunteers can help at the Helping Hands Clinic in Kathmandu.
