The mission of the Depressive and Manic-Depressive Association of Colorado Springs shall be to provide ongoing self-help support groups and networking for those with depressive and manic-depressive illness; to educate and help raise awareness in the larger community as to the nature of depressive and manic-depressive illnesses as medical diseases and by so doing help contribute toward the elimination of discrimination and stigma associated with such disorders.
