CCH/FP is a community-based organization dedicated to rebuilding the lives of homeless men and women living on the streets of Northwest D.C. It is the only facility of its kind in the area. CCH/FP offers various types of transitional housing and permanent housing providing a continuum of care to residential clients and those still homeless.
