The Religious Partnership for the Anacostia River engages people and communities of faith in the DC area to help heal and preserve the Anacostia River and its surrounding neighborhoods. The Partnership also runs a Saturday Environmental Academy for 7th and 8th graders which provides a basic secular environmental education over a 10-week period focused on the Anacostia River and DC's urban environment.
