The mission of America's HealthTogether is to promote better integration of primary and mental health care. AHT places particular emphasis on the ways in which integration reduces the negative health impacts of social determinants and disparities among populations. The integration of mental health into primary care adds to the quality of care for patients and helps to build stronger communities and a more resilient nation.
