Digital Sisters mission is to promote and provide technology education and enrichment for young girls and women of color. Current research has shown that women have the least penetration in technology. This number is exacerbated by the inclusion of ethnic dimensions. Young girls are continuously sent daily messages that technology is "not for them." Digital Sisters fulfills its mission by offering programs that promote young girls and women to be fluent learners inventors of technology
