Helping People Changing Lives The United Planning Organization for over 40 years has provided quality care and service geared toward the 109,000 economically challenged residents of the District of Columbia. Provides supportive service to more than 41,000 youth senior citizens and families;has an annual scholarship fund that sends underserved youth to college;provides support to other non-profit and community based organizations.
