850-561-5077 The Florida Innocence Initiative is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that represents Florida prisoners whose innocence can be proven by post-conviction DNA testing. The Initiative coordinates with a network of attorneys to provide pro bono representation for the wrongfully incarcerated. FII also assists exonerated individuals with social services to ease their transition from prison back into society. The Initiative advocates for criminal justice reform within the state and supports legislation addressing both prevention and remedies for wrongful incarcerations.
