The Foundation is the non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports the efforts of Portsbridge Hospice. The Foundation was incorporated in 2001 and serves to improve the quality of life for terminally ill patients in hospice care. The Foundation also works to raise the awareness regarding the benefits of hospice care and provides for the services that are not covered by insurance
