We are a infant organization that just obtained its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from IRS in November 2004. We look forward to opening our doors by October 2006. The purpose for our existence is to increase the academic achievement of children living in underpriviledged neighborhoods. We aim for the educational wellness of K-12 children who attend the Chicago Public School system by implementing the 'No Child Left Behind Act'.
