The Global Institute for Leadership and Civic Development (GILCD) aims to provide new skills and opportunities which enable participants to become active and responsible citizens through three key components: 1)Knowledge- GILCD is dedicated to providing education to young persons. 2)Opportunity- GILCD provides young persons with new experiences and new roles.
