765-496-1227 The Indiana Campus Sexual Assault Prevention (INCSAP) Project is the college division of the Communities Against Rape (CARe) Initiative of the Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service. The primary goal of INCSAP is to reduce the incidence of sexual assaults on college and university campuses in the State of Indiana. The INCSAP Project targets all Indiana private and public colleges and universities. The objectives of the INCSAP Project are to: (1) assist colleges and universities to develop
