N/A TO ADVOCATE: To help survivors and those who love them find the help they need to lead a more normal and peaceful life. To work with governmental and private organizations and/or individuals who can provide assistance to the survivors. TO ASSIST: Provide a network where survivors and those who love them can talk to someone who understands them. The best help is from someone who has been there. The Alliance will have volunteers available on a 24 hour help basis
