Quincy Community Action Programs,Inc. (QCAP) is an $18 million not for profit community action agency with over 160 staff. Our mission is to assist families and individuals in our communities to improve the quality of their lives by minimizing the effects of poverty promoting self-sufficiency and advocating for social change.
