(Regaining One's Self-Esteem) Fund is a Boston based national non-profit orgainization committed to assisting women survivors of domestic violence to regain their self-esteem and rebuild their lives. The focus on self-esteem is the thread that run's through all of R.O.S.E.'s initiatives. The R.O.S.E. Awards honor two survivors of domestic violence at an annual awards gala. The R.O.S.E. Reconstructive Surgery Program provides facial reconstructive surgery to women who have been disfigured by violence. The R.O.S.E. Scholarships provide college education for women and children survivors. The R.O.S.E. Fund also provides grants to direct service agencies across the country.
