The Coalition is a technical assistance project of the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation. It is governed by a Steering Committee made up of twelve legal services workers from across the state. It is our mission to address diversity issues within all the programs of the Massachusetts Legal Services. The Diversity Coalition seeks to help programs identify key issues in achieving staff diversity supports cultivation of an inclusive work environment and works to meet the needs of clients of all backgrounds.
