LCTA/South End Cooperative Housing is a nonprofit limited equity cooperative resident run cooperative. It's mission is to maintain affordbility in perpetuity for the low income residents who reside in the development. Additionally LCTA is committed to empowering its Board of Directors and coop members to control their lives through the self direction and oversight of their housing.
