The Boston Center's mission is to provide optimal patient care and outcomes based on the fundamental principle of one person caring for another. The Boston Center is an 81 bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to sub-acute medical care and rehab services for adults of all ages. Our focus is on short term rehab stays and discharging patients back to home with community services. We are a non-profit organization owned by Partners Health Care and managed by Genesis Elder Care. The center essentially operates as an off-site Transitional Care Unit for the Brigham and Women's and Faulkner Hospitals.
