The goal of the Worcester East Side CDC goal is to create and implement economic development and activities which will result in the following: the creation and retention of jobs;entrepreneurial opportunities; youth development programs; neighborhood crime prevention; affordable rental and home ownership and other self-sufficiency opportunities that significantly enhance the quality of life for low income families and individuals.
