UPHAC and its 5 affiliate offices help coordinate and leverage health care services and prescription medicines for uninsured residents of the 15 counties of Michigan's Upper Peninsula who lack health insurance coverage whose income is within 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and are between ages 18 and 64.
