Every day HSCA works toward our mission of "Improving Animal Lives~Fostering Human-Animal Bonds" in all of our services and programs. We offer an open admission policy to the community because we believe that all animals deserve our care regardless of their circumstances. We provide shelter and care to nearly 9,000 animals each year between our two shelters in St. Paul and Woodbury and thousands of those animals have the opportunity to find new homes through our adoption program. HSCA also provides lost and found services to the community in addition to humane investigations
