The Carmen Pampa Fund (hereafter called "The Fund") is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that exists solely to provide supplemental funds and skilled volunteers to support the University of Carmen Pampa(hereafter called The University) located in the Bolivian Andes about 65 miles northeast of LaPaz. Bolivia is one of the poorest countries in the world with an average annual per capita income of about $200US. The University is a branch campus of the Catholic University of Bolivia and is under its auspices to serve the rural poor in this area. In the past funds were raised to support The University through the efforts of a private individual. Several years ago
