Compass Care is dedicated to providing choices and support to Greater Seacoast seniors and their families in their efforts to continue to live at home with grace and dignity. We offer essential and cost-effective therapeutic services including Adult Day Health and Senior Companion services and Community Health clinics serving medically frail seniors and those with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
