The mission statement of Act Out Theatre is as follows: -Broadening public awareness of the arts through dynamic and diverse theatre -Education in theatre to enhance culture and heritage -Outreach programs to the mentally and physically challenged and to less fortunate youths -Community participation in theatre -Development of arts in the surrounding areas in conjunction with other artistic and cultural groups -Construction of a strong institution governed according to firm management principles -Cultivation and maintenance of a high level of artistic integrity. AOT strives to provide culture and heritage through high-quality theatre productions and top-notch educational programs and opportunities to the community of Southern New Jersey and beyond.
