United by Friendship is dedicated to providing humanitarian assistance to benefit public health education and economic development in Guatemala. We work with Guatemalan communities to install clean water and sanitation systems. We help Central American hospitals to update infrastructure and obtain medical equipment and supplies. We assist communities in their efforts to improve their economic base by forming trade cooperatives and obtaining technology and marketing skills.
