The New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund is an independent nonprofit organization serving low-income communities throughout the state of New Mexico. The Loan Fund was established in 1989 to address the enduring poverty in our state. We are an alternative source of loans and training for low-income small business owners and nonprofits serving low-income communities.
