Established in 1955 as Community Health Services, the agency was rebranded in 2010 as Care Ring. The mission of Care Ring is to help individuals with limited resources to establish and maintain good health. Today, Care Ring helps 6,000 people annually access timely and quality healthcare through its three service lines: Nurse-Family Partnership, Physicians Reach Out and the Low-Cost Clinic.
