ShelterCare shelters and supports families and individuals providing each an opportunity to live the fullest life possible in an environment that fosters well-being and success. ShelterCare provides housing and life skills training to three populations: 1. Homeless families with children 2. Adults with severe and persistent mental illness 3. Adults who have survived a head injury ShelterCare has ten residential sites in the Eugene/Springfield area to support these individuals.
