CLYDE'S focus is to increase Minority and Low-modern Homeownership in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.We work closely with conumers ,local,state,federal programs as well as other non-profit organizations to break the barriers wich prevents these peole from experiencing the American Dream of Homeownership. CLYDE provides Pre and Post Homeownership Debt and Credit Counseling wich will result in various Down Payment and Closing assistance grants. We look forward to our people to be able to "Reap the Benefits of Homeownership in their Communities.
