Center In the Park's Social Services Department provides support to homebound senior citizens and their caregivers in Philadelphia through the provision of the In-Home Support Program and the Family Caregiver Support Program. IHSP is designed to assist seniors through a strength-based approach to remain independent in their own homes with focus on prevention of further deterioration and/or rehabilitation of an acute situation.
