The vision of the Metropolitan Arts Council (MAC)is to enhance the quality of life of all people in the Upstate through practice and appreciation of the arts. This vision has helped steer MAC's support of the arts in Greenville SC since 1973. Since it's inception MAC has had a large impact on the growth and direction of the community
