Texas Association for Family Child Care is the only state association in the nation thus far to be an affiliate under the National Association for Family Child Care. This organization consists of a diverse group of working parents businesses and community-at-large; who are striving to ensure that Quality Home Child Care Service is available to all Texas children. Our present goals include the following: * To encourage all providers to become Registered or Licensed with the state and to take advantage of the many training opportunities available in order to improve the quality of care they offer. * To educate parents through Public Awareness. And encourage parents to seek out homes that provide quality child care. Our intent is to be a strong Child's Advocacy Group with a united voice.
