Our mission is to increase literacy in the area by providing free,easy access to reading,writing,mathematics english,computer skills and remedial help to students in a caring intense interventional/mentoring program for 85-150 at-risk students. We provide programs and activities for at-risk children/youth in the community. SCF places special emphasis on building good character skills.
