FCI is a community based non-profit organization whose program promotes the understanding of diversity through educational services linking art and community in the appreciation of the Hispanic Cultural Heritage. It was created to serve the need for an alternative cultural link using artistic educational and bilingual programs to serve the Hispanic community.
