Adoption Advocate International is an adoption agency whose focus has been to serve children not being adequately served because of where they are located or because of their physical condition. AAI places many children with special needs and places children from Ethiopia - where the need is so great. The Ethiopian government has approved AAI to care for orphan children while it seeks loving and qualified adoptive parents. The orphan children live in AAI facilities where they go to school and learn about what life will be like after they are matched with an adoptive family in America. AAI also administers a project which provides assistance to orphan children so they can continue to live with extended family and finish their education.
