Located in the foothills of the Cascade mountains in north-central Washington State Sun Meadows Farms has the goal of being a self-sufficient community unrestricted by traditional roles. Sun Meadows was incorporated as a nonprofit in 1974 and currently owns 40 acres of land with two houses. Members are responsible for their own finances
