RAYS mission is to positively impact the lives of children and to strengthen families by providing family support substance abuse and mental health services in South King County. RAYS values the quality of service rather than the number of clients we serve. Our service models reflect this value and are focused on individual service plans that provide the intensity level of services needed for stabilzation and rehabilitation to maximize the self-sufficiency of the child and the family.
