Preserve Vietnam's maritime history and the unique wooden boats that evolved before her aging boat building craftsmen die. As early as March 2004 a uniquely constructed wooden boat that has not been built for about 35 years will be replicated. The organization is a Washington-state based 501(c)(3) organization with a website of www.vietnamboats.org.
