Jeanette Wallis has been collecting "grievances" since Inauguration Day 2001 from citizens who were upset about the election or any other aspect of democracy in which people feel they have lost their voice. She left Seattle on April 1 to walk from Seattle to Washington D.C. - collecting more grievances along the way - and will hand-deliver these messages to the White House to demonstrate that the people of the United States do indeed care about being involved in decisions which affect their lives.
