The Dove House serves a diverse population of homeless young woman from ages 16 through 18. The uniqueness of the program is that it provides culturally specific services to afri-ethnic youth. Program Services include: - Health care and social services referrals - Social skills development - Vocational / College / GED preparation - Career & goals implementation - Financial management - Drug / Alcohol assessment - Violence sexual abuse/exploitation awareness - Self awareness and personal growth - Teen pregnancy awareness - Abstinence/Parenting/Birth Control Awareness - Sexual disease and Aids awareness - Case management & counseling - Spiritual component - Community outreach awareness
