Dog PAWS is an official nonprofit charitable organization incorporated and registered in the State of Wisconsin. As of September 29th 2006 the Internal Revenue Service has deemed Dog Paws Organization as tax exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The nonprofit organization has been established by a group of Kenosha residents interested in supporting the establishment of an off-leash dog parks in Wisconsin. Dog Paws Organization
