Mendonoma Health Alliance is a nonprofit formed by Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, Redwood Coast Medical Services, and Coast Life Support District Ambulance Service in 2016 in Gualala, CA.

Care Transitions, Educational Workshops, Chronic Care Management Support Networks, Wellness Screenings, Community Outreach & Referrals, as well as Opioid Prevention, Wellness & Education.
