Community-based team of raptor rehabilitation experts, excellent veterinarians, and specially trained volunteers provide compassionate and high-quality raptor rehabilitation to every wounded warrior in need.
The Rocky Mountain Raptor Program also plays a vital role in community education and outreach, providing hands-on learning about raptor species and the environment.
At the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program, volunteers are indispensable.
As a volunteer, you can help provide A Second Chance at Freedom to the hundreds of eagles, owls, hawks, and falcons that are injured or suffer illness each year. Volunteers provide healing care to injured raptors, participate in educational programs, offer clerical support, participate in public outreach and environmental education, and help with our day-to-day operations. We also offer in-depth, seasonal internships in both raptor rehabilitation and education.
As opportunities become available, details and applications can be found on our website
