Our mission is to end the cycle of youth homelessness, one youth at a time. We do so through direct street (Street Outreach), identifying youth, establishing trust and providing immediate resources and referrals. StandUp is a mobile service center, a grassroots program, the only one of its kind in Atlanta. Additionally, through metro Atlanta high schools (Mentor Program) we keep youth from dropping out of high school, the number one correlate to homelessness. Both programs, which utilize strengths-based, trauma-informed interventions; provide resources and a support system to at-risk, unaccompanied youth, and youth experiencing homelessness so they can thrive not just survive.
