Project Life is an Augusta-based nonprofit that partners with local organizations and businesses to strategically serve the economically disadvantaged.
Project Life has served thousands with cost-free clothing, food, and occasional emergency assistance.
They have clothing for children, men, and women.
When you come to Project Life for the first time, you will need to complete an application with the reception team before shopping.
Documents to bring:
Picture ID cards, social security cards, birth certificates, and a recent utility bill.
On your next visit, you will only need to bring your ID.
After they review your information, you will receive arm band to shop the Project Life store. You may receive food for your household every 30 days and 3 complete outfits (per person) every 2 weeks
If you are homeless, we will provide you with groceries that dont require storage/cooking. In addition to food and clothing, you may place special requests for personal hygiene bags and other household needs.
