A Non-profit Foundation, dedicated to arranging professional mentorships launches in Carmel, Indiana with the hope of developing the local talent pool for Indys growing economy.  Indys recent status as a top 5 City in tech has left many businesses with a shortage of qualified candidates, and founder Matt Kelly hopes to change that.
