One Life Transitional Homes provides housing and re entry services to newly released and previously incarcerated offenders who have mental health and intellectual or developmental disabilities also for those who do not have family support or resources. Food, clothing employment assistance and case management is provided. NA/AA, life skills, financial literacy, parenting classes and more.
