A FREE resident service program designed specifically for the residents of (Avalon Park) The Good Neighbor Program (GNP) is a product of Portfolio Resident Services. Portfolio Resident Services strives to provide educational, recreational and social programs right here in this community. These services are provided monthly and FREE to all residents.
